As a member of the RFVC what benefits do I receive?
You can purchase rare tropical plants and trees from our nursery. You receive our exclusive newsletter. You can attend our monthly meetings with our tropical tasting table and special guest speakers. Access to germplasm stock from our 277 specimen rare tropical fruit trees. Hands-On Workshops (grafting, jams and jellies). Lending Library on tropical fruits and vegetables and more.

If I want to buy plants or trees from your nursery do I have to be a member?
Anyone is welcome to purchase at the spring/fall sales. But, members may buy plants on the Saturday following the members' meeting (normally the first Saturday after the first Monday of each month)

How often to you send out your member newsletter?
The bi-monthly newsletter is mailed to our members every other month.

Who can participate at the nursery?
All members are encouraged to come out and help at the nursery at our 208 research garden. In the process of helping you will have the opportunity to learn methods of plant propagation, grafting, fertilization and nursery managmement.
